Yingdige Hangzhou Branch Launches "Ocean Electronics Talent Program"
Yingdige Hangzhou Branch Launches "Marine Electronics Talent Program" – Partnering with Local Universities for Talent Development
As Yingdige Electronics’ Hangzhou branch officially commences operations, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our Marine Electronics Talent Special Program. In line with our commitment to long-term growth in East China, we have established strategic cooperation with prestigious local universities, including Zhejiang University and Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, to co-build a talent training and employment practice base. This collaboration is designed to foster mutual growth: empowering Yingdige’s business expansion with professional talent, while providing valuable opportunities for students to develop industry-relevant skills.
Multidimensional Cooperation: Building a Clear Path for Talent Growth
Our partnership with universities is rooted in practical, industry-aligned learning. Under the cooperation framework, Yingdige will offer tailored courses such as Deep-Sea Electronics Technology at partner institutions, with our senior technical experts joining the teaching team to share real-world industry insights and hands-on experience.
To bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice, we will integrate practical projects into classroom teaching – including watertight connection technology, deep-sea communication equipment R&D, and other core marine electronics fields. This ensures students gain the skills and knowledge that matter most in the industry.
Additionally, the Hangzhou branch will provide 50 annual internship positions, covering product R&D, market application, technical services, and other key areas. Interns will work alongside our professional team, gaining firsthand experience in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to receive direct employment offers, kickstarting their careers in marine electronics.
Demand-Focused: Cultivating a Local Professional Team
To support our East China business expansion, the Hangzhou branch will focus on recruiting talents in fields closely related to our operations, including electronic engineering, marine technology, and automation. Our goal is to build a core team with both strong technical capabilities and a deep understanding of the local market.
We are committed to investing in our team’s growth. New employees will receive comprehensive support, including technical training at our headquarters, cross-regional project experience, and dual career advancement channels (technical and management tracks). Over the next three years, we plan to expand the Hangzhou branch team to 100 members, with local talents accounting for no less than 70% – reinforcing our commitment to local talent development.
A Win-Win for Industry and Talent
The launch of the Marine Electronics Talent Program is more than just a talent reserve initiative – it’s a step toward strengthening the marine electronics talent ecosystem in East China. By partnering with universities, we aim to improve the professional talent training system for the industry, while securing a steady pipeline of skilled professionals to support Yingdige’s long-term development in the region.
We look forward to welcoming talented individuals to join our team, and to continuing our collaboration with local universities to drive innovation and growth in marine electronics.
Note: All internship and employment terms will comply with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring fair treatment and a safe working environment for all participants.
