1. Order Processing


All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation and order verification.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery methods include express courier, air freight, and sea freight, depending on order size, weight, and destination.

3. Shipping Costs


Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Destination country/region
  • Total weight and volume of goods
  • Shipping method selected
  • Customs and remote area surcharges (if applicable)

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or confirmed via quotation before shipment.

4. Delivery Time


Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

  • Express courier: 7–15 business days
  • Air freight: 15–25 business days
  • Sea freight: 30–45 business days

Delivery times are for reference only and may be delayed by customs, weather, transportation, or local logistics issues.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes


The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, clearance fees, and other local charges imposed by the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs inspection or clearance.

6. Order Tracking


Once shipped, we will provide a tracking number or logistics document for you to track your order.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments


If the package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to clear customs, the buyer is responsible for the corresponding return shipping costs and related fees.
