YingDiGe operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). YingDiGe is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. All products are industrial-grade underwater and marine equipment. Colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products will meet your expectations beyond what is described in our product specifications.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CUSTOM PRODUCTS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. YingDiGe reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until YingDiGe confirms acceptance in writing.
Important — Custom & OEM Orders: Orders for custom-made, OEM, or ODM products are binding upon written confirmation. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please review all specifications carefully before confirming a custom order.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. We ship worldwide via express courier, air freight, and sea freight. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
SECTION 6 - WARRANTY All standard products come with a 12–24 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt. During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Custom and OEM products are covered by warranty terms agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Services, including trademarks, product designs, images, and technical documentation, is owned by YingDiGe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent. YingDiGe holds 21 registered product patents. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable law.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY YingDiGe is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with YingDiGe. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and YingDiGe. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with YingDiGe.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY YINGDIGE, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
SECTION 12 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, YINGDIGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
