Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy for standard (non-customized) products. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted unless covered under warranty.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made, OEM, or ODM products (including any product manufactured to customer specifications)
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or external factors
  • Products with removed or damaged serial number labels

4. Defective or Damaged Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at ydg@yingdg.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Warranty All standard products come with a 12–24 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

6. How to Return To initiate a return:

  1. Email ydg@yingdg.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our team to confirm and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Ship the item to the address below with the RA number clearly marked on the package

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or our error: we cover return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to buyer's reason (e.g., ordered wrong item): buyer covers return shipping costs

8. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
