MCIL&MCBH 6 Pins Series | SubConn Compatible Micro Underwater Connector Set Male & Female Waterproof Gold Plated Stainless Steel Marine & ROV
This micro circular subsea connector is a high-density, compact industrial waterproof connector with a small footprint for installation in confined spaces on underwater equipment. It is designed as a 1:1 compatible replacement for the SubConn® Micro Circular series, with matching mating profile, installation dimensions, and electrical specifications, so existing equipment structures do not need to be modified. The connector is designed for demanding marine conditions including immersion, high salt spray, and deep-sea pressure, providing reliable watertight sealing, seawater corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and stable long-term electrical transmission.
The standardized product range covers 2 to 8 contacts, with a unified rated voltage of 300 V and a rated current of 5 to 10 A per contact. Available configurations include bulkhead, in-line, right-angle, and pressure-rated dummy-plug connectors for underwater equipment mating, wall penetration and fixation, and unused-port sealing. Bulkhead connectors are supplied with color-coded or numbered PTFE leads to help prevent wiring errors and improve assembly standardization and efficiency.
Dedicated cables, locking sleeves, pressure-rated dummy plugs, and other accessories are available for different underwater systems and equipment. Matching cables can use flexible waterproof synthetic rubber or polyurethane (PUR) jackets. Locking sleeves are available in injection-molded polyoxymethylene (POM) with stainless steel retaining rings, or as one-piece stainless steel or titanium alloy designs, supporting different requirements for low weight, corrosion resistance, and deep-sea pressure.
