Subsea Wet-Mate 4-Pin Micro Circular Connector | SubConn & Seacon Compatible | IP69 Waterproof
Subsea Wet-Mate 4-Pin Micro Circular Connector | SubConn & Seacon Compatible | IP69 Waterproof
YingDiGe Subsea Micro Circular Connectors are high-reliability, wet-mateable underwater electrical connectors engineered as a direct 1:1 drop-in replacement for the SubConn® Micro Circular series (and compatible with Seacon MCBH/MCIL series). Designed with identical mating profiles, mounting dimensions, and electrical characteristics, they integrate seamlessly into existing underwater systems without requiring mechanical redesign or structural modification.
Highlights at a Glance
- Drop-In SubConn Replacement: Mates directly with existing SubConn-standard systems without equipment redesign. One order covers the complete 4-pin micro link across bulkhead and cable variants (MCIL4F+MCIL4M, MCIL4F+MCBH4M, MCBH4F+MCIL4M, and individual components).
- Complete 4-Pin Micro Link in One Order: Male and female receptacles, male and female cable connectors all available—ideal for panel, bulkhead, and in-line connections with uniform, dependable specifications.
- Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Shell: High-grade 316 stainless steel shells withstand extreme deep-sea deployments where rubber and plastics degrade; hard gold-plated brass contacts provide exceptional corrosion resistance. IP69K rated and depth-proven up to 7,000 meters (800 bar).
- Deep Marine & Offshore Duty: Rated at 10 A at 300 V with >200 MΩ insulation resistance, engineered for over 500 wet mating cycles in high-pressure marine environments.
- Matched Pairs, Ready to Wire: Supplied as matched male/female pairs or individual units, pre-wired with high-temperature PTFE leads or flexible synthetic rubber cables, ready for immediate installation.
Applications
- Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV / ROTV)
- Offshore oil & gas exploration, subsea production, and renewable marine energy
- Oceanographic observation systems, seabed sensors, and sonar equipment
- Underwater cameras, video systems, and subsea lighting
- Seafloor seismic monitoring arrays and geotechnical instrumentation
- Commercial and defense diving systems and submarine apparatus
